Tuition Contract Forms 2011-12

Welcome to Grand Rapids Catholic Secondary Schools. Below are several forms that must be filled out and submitted to the Business Office in order to complete enrollment in one of the high schools for the 2011-12 school year.

Please note that you must first apply and be accepted by one of the high schools before you can enroll and register for classes.

Registration for classes begins March 7. Students will not be eligible to register for classes until all paperwork has been received and processed by the Business Office.
